What to write about
- Something not working. Tell us which tool, what you did and what happened. Please do not attach a private document; describe it instead, since most of our tools never see your files.
- Billing. Changes and cancellations are on your account page; for anything else, write with the email address on your account.
- Signzuma. If you received a signing request you did not expect, do not sign it, and forward the email to us.
- Privacy requests. A copy, correction or deletion of what we hold about you: see the privacy page, or simply write to us.
- Copyright complaints. Our designated agent and the process are on the terms page.
- Ideas. A tool you wish existed, or one that could be better. We read every suggestion.
