Frequently asked
How do I save an email as .eml or .msg?+
Gmail: open the message, then the three-dot menu and Download message. Apple Mail: File, Save As, Raw Message Source. Thunderbird: File, Save As. Outlook: File, Save As, Outlook Message Format (.msg), or drag the message onto your desktop.
Are pictures in the email included?+
Pictures attached to the email are. Pictures the email loads from the internet are left out on purpose: fetching them would tell the sender the message was opened, and would send your address to their servers.
What happens to attachments?+
Every attachment is listed by name and size at the end of the message. PDF attachments can be added as pages after it, so the email and its documents are one file.
Is my email uploaded?+
No. The message is read and the PDF built inside your browser.
Is Email to PDF free to use?+
Yes. Email to PDF is free and unlimited, with no account and no watermark added to your document.
Are my files uploaded to a server?+
No. Email to PDF runs entirely inside your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
Which browsers does it work in?+
Any current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on desktop, tablet and phone.
