Questions
What is a server conversion?
Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF, PDF to Word and PowerPoint, and HTML to PDF need software that cannot run in a browser, so they run on our server. Everything else — merging, splitting, compressing, OCR, signing, protecting and the rest — runs on your device and is never limited.
How does Signzuma compare to DocuSign or Dropbox Sign?
The same thing for most people: send a PDF, place signature fields, signers sign from an email link with no account, and everyone gets the signed copy with an audit certificate. Every signed document is sealed so any later change shows, and signers are reminded automatically. Business sends unlimited documents for $12 a month, less than the entry plans of either, which send 5.
What does unlimited mean?
As many documents as one business sends for its own work. Behind it sits a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 documents a month and 100 a day, which stops a stolen account from being used to mass-mail signing requests. If you genuinely need more, write to hello@filezuma.com and we will raise it.
Can I switch between Pro and Business, or cancel?
Yes, any time, from the pricing or account page. Switching is prorated, so you only pay the difference. When you cancel you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
What is the day pass?
Pro for 24 hours, bought once for $3. It starts the moment you pay and simply runs out; there is no subscription behind it. Buy another whenever you need one.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Filezuma's servers.
Does a paid plan change what happens to my files?
No. Files are handled exactly the same way on every plan — see the privacy page.
