Signzuma
Send documents for signature
Upload a PDF, say who signs and where, and send. Each person gets a personal link and signs in their browser — nothing to install, no account needed. When the last signature is in, everyone gets the signed document with a certificate page: who signed, when, from which address, and the document’s fingerprint.

Sign in to send a document. Free accounts send 3 documents a month; Pro sends up to 25, and Business as many as you need.
Legally binding
Signers read the ESIGN consumer disclosure and agree to sign electronically before they sign (ESIGN, UETA). The certificate records the time, IP address and browser of every signature and the document's fingerprint.
Sealed against tampering
The signed PDF carries a digital seal, so a PDF reader shows any change made after signing, and anyone can check a copy on the verification page.
Reminders and templates
Signers who have not signed are reminded by email. Save a document with its fields as a template and send it again in a minute.
In order, or all at once
Have everyone sign at the same time, or one after another; each person is emailed when it is their turn.
Private
Documents are stored privately for the sender only and never used for anything else. Filezuma deletes them when the sender asks.
Signzuma produces electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA and similar laws, and seals each signed document with Filezuma’s own certificate. It does not issue certificates to individual signers, qualified electronic signatures (eIDAS QES) or notarisations; for documents that require those, use a provider that issues them.
