Frequently asked

Which Markdown does it understand?+

GitHub-flavoured Markdown: headings, emphasis, inline code and fenced code blocks, ordered, unordered and task lists, block quotes, tables, horizontal rules and links. Links stay clickable in the PDF. Images are shown as their description, since a Markdown file alone does not carry them.

Will accented and non-English letters print?+

Yes for Latin, Greek and Cyrillic scripts: the fonts are embedded Liberation fonts. Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic text is not supported by these fonts.

Do code blocks keep their indentation?+

Yes. Code is set in a monospaced font on a light background, indentation kept, and long lines wrap rather than run off the page.

Is my file uploaded?+

No. The Markdown is read and the PDF built inside your browser.
